If you submit reviews, comments, or materials (“User Content”), you grant CleverBetLabs a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display such User Content in connection with the Services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with law.
We may moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion.
7) Prohibited uses
You agree not to:

15) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clever Bet Labs and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of NZD 100.

16) Indemnification

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, internet or power outages, or failures of third-party services.
19) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective date above and, where required, notify you via the Site or email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Malta to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to the Agreement or the Services.
If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK/AU/NZ, you may have non-waivable rights under local consumer law; these Terms do not limit those rights.
21) Miscellaneous
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
